Feeling a bit low?

Are you feeling a bit down or upset? Then the Quiet Place Project can help you. The quiet project is an internet project to try and help teenagers or anyone stressed to calm & relax. They have helped so many people and I really suggest you visit them if you're feeling depressed or suicidal, they could really help you too!
No, they're not group counselling and no they are not uncover doctors, they are simply websites that will let you express your feelings without judgement and they will give you that little reassuring squeeze of the hand that you're going to be okay, because you will :)

A place where all that matters is you.

Nobody will judge you, nobody will see what you write, the perfect place to say how you're feeling and get it out of your system.

A place to relax and escape from everything, where all you have to do is chill for a minute. This has helped me so much.

A place where complete strangers will help you and you can help others. It's like giving them a hug but virtually.

This is like the Quite place, but its longer and more relaxing, for when the stress really does get too much.
